Expertise in Food Voucher Programs

Since 2020, the Carrefour Solidaire has piloted the deployment of a large-scale food voucher program in Quebec: $2.3 million has been distributed to improve access to fresh produce and support local food production, over 5,500 households have been reached, and the program has been deployed in 12 boroughs in Montreal, Laval, and the Outaouais region.

Armed with this extensive experience, the Carrefour Solidaire offers customized support to all local initiatives seeking to launch a food voucher program in their area — be it urban, suburban, or rural.
